HOW DO I SEE THE WORK OF ARTISTS NOT PRESENTLY EXHIBITING?
All artworks are available in the gallery are on our website. It is best to ring and enquire what artworks are in stock so we can guide you to the images on the website or we can arrange for you to properly view them at the gallery.
HOW DO I SEE THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK?
You can either drop by if the artwork is currently exhibiting, or call for appointment for special viewing. Artwork showing on our website is generally available to view at the gallery.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE WORK?
You can pay by cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card. We take sales in person, and via phone or internet banking. We require 50% deposit upon purchase, balance upon pick-up or delivery.
DO YOU OFFER LAYBY?
For Christmas Shopping we offer up to 3 months Layby with a deposit of 30% upon purchase followed by weekly or monthly payments. All other times, it is maximum 2 months layby with 50% deposit.
CAN YOU ORGANISE A GIFT WEDDING REGISTRY?
If you want a timeless gift to remind of your special day then look no further than a piece of artwork. You can make it easy for your guests to gift you with something to treasure by using 19 KAREN’s new Wedding Registry. The process is easy and hassle free for both yourself and your guests.
CAN YOU ORGANISE TO FRAME THE ARTWORK?
We can recommend a quality framer or organize the framing for you at additional cost of the frame only.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING?
You can either pick the work up from the gallery, or arrange for the work to be delivered by courier. We ship/deliver artworks all around the world. The gallery can organize delivery by obtaining a quote for your approval.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT WORK I HAVE PURCHASED?
Work in stock is available for immediate pick up upon full payment. Otherwise the artwork can be collected from the gallery on the final day of exhibition. We will advice you of pick-up ahead of this date.
