Maria works primarily with oil on wood. Her work explores feminity, through psychedlia and surrealism as well as themes of Intuition, fertility and the sensitive relationship of the female psyche to nature. She takes inspiration from a range of sources including fantasy, childrens illustrations and 80's animation. Her work has featured in publications such as WATIM, Göoo and Frankie Magazine. She is currently represented by Just Another Agency. Maria is presently working on upcoming exhibitions in Little Tokyo LA.
