After mischievously spraying graffiti on the walls of French buildings Lou found his calling. The 27 year-old has now confined his art to the canvas and creates works with untouched lines and vibrant colours. Inspired by his choreographer mother, Lou’s work explores the relationship between a fixed image and movement. His characters always look like they are off somewhere with a poetic and graceful step; where they are going is up to your imagination. Lou has an upcoming exhibition at Art Basel Miami Beach, the United States most prestigious art show, and has exhibited widely throughout Europe.
